I just thought I'd mention that anyone who hasn't read Les McDonald's "Stilleto Chronicles" in the last two issues of Stunt News should definitely do so. I just read parts one and two back to back last night and it was a very enjoyable, very interesting, and at times downright funny read. Les has done a great job with the article and it's really interesting to hear the history not only of the model, but the builder and competitor too. I don't know how many more parts are coming, but I'm watching the mailbox!
Thanks for the great story Les!

I agree with Warbird - great stuff Les!

I've been reading it too, and it truly is a great read!!!! I think there are 5 parts, and Les is going to get PM's from me until the series runs out, it's just that good! Anybody with an interest in CL or even model airplanes should read it, very entertaining and funny, like when Geiseke described Les' driving through Holland made it seem like the size of Texas (part of the 3rd installment)

I have just gotten around to reading the first part. Too many irons in the fire.
