Thanks George for the kind words. It was a real pleasure to have you visit and compete. I certainly hope you can do it again next year. Hopefully our weather will be better. This was only the second in some 20 odd yrs. we have had a storm come in on us and the very first time we cancelled a day of competition. We decided Sat evening to call the contest off for Sun. The storm hit Sun. morning at 10:00 AM. Winds were in the 40-60 mph range in Zachary with driving rain. It probably lasted about 45 min. then cleared with sunshine and no wind.
I was wondering if you could give me the names of the aircraft and designer, the brand engine and size, covering material, type paint, total wt., and brand fuel/nitro/oil you flew in each event (PROFILE-CLASSIC-WAR BIRD) at our contest. All this info. will go on the Stunt Hanger contest results section of the forum and to Howard Rush to put in the PAMPA "STUNT NEWS" magazine. A lot of guys are always interested in the plane/eng./finish/fuel combinations. I must say you had a good running eng. on your flights.
Anyhow, I wish you and your family the best,
God Bless,
Doug Patterson
