Title: A blessing in disguise.
Post by: Perry Rose on November 07, 2018, 01:23:42 PM
Last Friday sometime a storm rolled through the Bi-Liners flying field taking down one of the pecan trees. Not the one that shades the tables of goodies. The park folks had cut the tree up and ground the stump by Monday morning when I arrived. At first glance I could see a large clear area with enough room for another circle, unobstructed now. I'm going to do some measuring to see what needs to be done. The tree was quite large and rotten inside.

Wonder what became of the 2 community planes inside. Also tgere was a nice potential field box in there too.

Almost wish it was the pecan tree so we could maybe have normal wind lol
