House was leveled a few days ago. This is just the short version. It actually took about a hour and half.
A new house will rise from the ashes around Xmas. Stay tuned   <=  <=

No. This demolition is a result of a Gov program. The house too much to remodel so they bulldozed it
and I get a new one. But the best part is my income qualified me for 100% deferral which means it doesn't
cost me anything except Taxes, Insurance and 10 years to live in it. My apartment and storage are also paid for
except for deposit, Utilities and application fee for the storage shed. Thanks.

Pretty good scam going there.  I'm sorry Oregon doesn't do that.  Our state motto is, "You work for what you get, otherwise you don't get, and you pay for whatever you get."

Cost more than half a new house to remodel. Wish I not paid 7500 CASH! for a new roof before I applied a year ago.
Roof was almost four years old.
