KOI Hotels nearby?

What hotels are reasonable $ but clean for KOI? Anyone ever stay at the "America's Best Value"?

Just stayed at the Americas Best Value in Lake City for the KOI. This was one of the hotels mentioned in contest flyer. I can report I was pleased with the room. The room was very clean, bed was nice, clean sheets and towels, TV worked with reasonable channels, WIFI worked not problem and the water in the shower was hot and the morning coffee was very good. As a bonus, my daughter gave me the idea to use my Airline miles to cover the room, it worked great the room was totally covered. I would stay there again.

KOI is coming up this weekend (Oct 22-23) weather looks like stunt heaven all weekend. I will fly OTS. I got my reservations for Friday and Saturday at American Best Value hotel in Lake City, FL. They have an AAA rate. I stayed there last year; it was clean, water in shower was hot, A/C worked and coffee in the morning was good.
