2022 PAMPA Hall of Fame (HOF) Nominations

A couple of hours ago, PAMPA Webmaster Chris Rud sent an email to all current PAMPA members (with email addresses) regarding the HOF and an extension of the 2022 deadline for the submission and review of nominations. That letter was written by our HOF Selection Committee Chairman Keith Trostle and me and covered how to nominate an individual to the HOF as well as the rest of the process for those who qualify to be voted upon. With 2023 being the 50th Anniversary of PAMPA, the HOF Committee (Keith Trostle, Frank McMillan, and Bob Hunt) wanted to encourage more folks to nominate individuals worthy of being added to the 60 folks who have been voted into our HOF since its inception. All those voted in from from 2022 nominations will be recognized at our 50th Anniversary PAMPA Banquet next July during our NATS week (July 9 - July 14, 2023).

The new deadline for submission of HOF packets to Keith Trostle is January 15, 2023. All emails packets must be sent no later than January 15, 2023, while mailed packets need to be postmarked no later than January 15, 2023.

All the information you may need to fully understand the HOF nomination procedure as well as the Nomination Packet are available at the PAMPA website:     www.pampacl.org

Anyone including non-PAMPA members can submit a HOF packet for consideration. The group that votes on each candidate is comprised of all HOF Members, all PAMPA Presidents, and the members of the current PAMPA Executive Council.
It is the highest honor bestowed upon a current or prior CL stunt enthusiast whose long term contributions to CLPA are above and beyond all expectations. For reference, the PAMPA website includes a list of our 60 extraordinary HOF members.

With less than 30 days remaining, please think about folks you know or have known who might meet the qualifications.
Go the our PAMPA website, click on the HOF section, and print out the nomination packet. Once completed, please email it or mail the packet to:

The package is extensive in its request for information.  One idea is to use the collected information to provide details about each HOF member as an individual page, similar to the AMA HOF, but perhaps even better, with photos.
