Model Aviation again
« on: July 23, 2019, 01:45:34 PM »
Got the E-M ail about the digital format being ready.  So I log in and looked/read it.  It is great for me as I'm having trouble reading some of the print.  The page can be enlarged.  Yes this issue is about mainly ducted fan planes.   But I found some control line stuff in it as well as some stuff that could be used in CL.   First off is page 62 in modelers section and then on pages 71 & 72.  Then the Control Line Scale by Fred Cronnewett(??) page 102.  Then page 152 highight of modeler Erle Boehmn .  And last page of Speed model being launched.  The article that caught my attention is the one about using coroplast material.  Made me remember the ones about the semi-scale plane using corogated paper.

I really appreciated the article in the last issue of MA about building tables with Paul Walker's and Chris Cox's building tables. For my new model I finally invested in wing and fuselage jigs and am very please with the results so far.
