Terry the Intermediate and Beginner events will be flown on Sunday the 14th? I believe.  You can enter upon arrival at the field.

As a side note,  last year Doug Patterson hauled plywood circle centers all the way from home to put down on the grass circles.  AMA won't put down concrete out there because the field is used at another time for full-scale sail planes I am told.  SO......we have asked and been assured that AMA will build new plywood center plates this winter (Doug is forwarding the drawings etc.) that will be stored on site and put down for us out there prior to Nats week going forward.
