Hi Everyone,  D>K

Everyone does realize that the Iron Man event that takes all the motel rooms in Muncie and the surrounding area will be in Muncie, IN on the weekend of July 12th - 14th  the same time as the CL Scale Nationals? Or if you are planning on coming the week end before C/L week.
Reserve those rooms NOW, if at the last minute you can't make it you can cancel. THERE WILL BE NO ROOMS Available AT THE LAST MINUTE!

Thanks for the warning Allen.  Going to do it today.  However I still had one hotel ‘lose’ my reservation one year- I assumed the weekend Iron Man crowd would pay a much better price.  I’m going to ‘reaffirm ‘ my reservation every month or so.

Booked my room 30 mins ago.  Booked it for the week but unsure im Im going to stay long. Too soon to tell

Got mine in....A reminder or note to new comers......Most the hotels will give you a discounted 'AMA' rate if you ask for it.  Example;  Per Expedia the Days Inn for that time is $84 per night plus tax.  Call directly and mention AMA and it's $60.  You'll need the extra to purchase water (never drink the water)   y1

I'm an ethnic Hoosier, so I'm used to the water.  I drink it.  However, I'm also a Seattleite, so I use store-bought water there to make coffee.

Thanks for the heads up.  All the Wyndham showed unavailable, even in Anderson or Marion

There might still be a few rooms open at Comfort Inn properties.

I think AMA kinda blew this one.  Haven't seen anything from them about this problem.
