Found Kits
« on: July 13, 2019, 05:52:23 AM »
While clearing out my mothers house I came across Two model kits still in the original boxes. KYO Stunt Dragons. My father purchased them in 1967 while in Thailand. He was working for GE Under contract to the Air Force. I vaguely remember seeing them when he returned home but had not seen them again for over 50 years. Does anybody have any knowledge about this plane or interest in the kits?

Putting the kits on the classified section with pictures would help.

It wasn't that you could and others couldn't, its that you did and others didn't.

How would you begin to find a value?

Over all condition, size of the models, rarity and kit contents. Are the plans in good condition etc. Take a few good close up pictures of the kit boxes and it contents and post them in the classifieds.

Yea. But they are most likely worth at least $50+ each. With pictures maybe more.

Saw a bid of $ 1000 on a maybe $ 200 item there once . A clear ' go away its mine ' , for stuff in MINT CONDITION .

They could be the only survivours in the known universe .
