Any one has any idea as to where I might get a set of plan for this plane?

This is a plane by Valentin Salenek, a longtime member of (first) Soviet and (later) Russian national team.  This plane was published in Modelist-Konstruktor circa 1986(?) and the article was titled "The Novelty of the '95 Nationals" or something like that.  I have a copy of the article which includes the plans, but I'm at Brodaks this week.  I can scan the plans - however, keep in mind they only exist in a single page format (9.5" x 11") with dimensions; no full size plans are available.  You would have to reproduce the plans from the magazine publication.
This article also had a very detailed description of one of the popular take apart systems.  The entire plane comes apart and packs in a box the size of an average suitcase.  Very cool.

What turns the prop , the Engine even . type / displacement .

On the wing it says “Format”. The design is completely original (720 sq inch wing if I recall correctly), and has nothing to do with the Genesis. Engine is 9.5 cc loop scavenged, rear exhaust, rear intake, homemade.

That is what I was wondering? Until recent times, the Russians were pretty tight lipped about their F2B technology. Of course, all that has changed now.  I wonder how it flew?
