AMA Field Use

Hi Guys,

I am wondering what is correct procedure or protocol for determining use of the AMA fields in Muncie.

Who has primary responsiblilty for scheduling use of the fields?

Does the NATs committee have priority for field use?

Is the EC supposed to be able to override decisions on field use?

Just trying to understand better...
