REALLY nice Mike! H^^ 8)
I am COMPLETELY sympathetic to flying dark green birs against a background of trees. In my case it was a "dark earth & spinach" camo job. It DOES make you concentrate!
Could you eleborate a little - you said refinish, did you chemically strip it down or jsut sand ot out? Did you just take off the colors or strip it down to the wood or...? How'd you do on weight?

Nice thing about working with a proven bird - you got CONFIDENCE in how the refinished one will fly!

Mike,
It looks AWESOME!!
This one should take you far!!
I am sure you get tired of this question but what are the specs??
Wing??
Motor??

you know...the usual breakdown.
Thanks in advance.

Doug,
This is the same plane I had at the 2006 Nats. The wing is a Tempest II with different flaps and tips. The horn to horn moment is 17 1/4. The nose moment is 9 1/2. The power is PA 65 with a header muffler. The prop is a Eather 13 x 4. It has all Tom Morris control system components. The finish is all Sig dope. Thanks for the nice comments!
