Nice photos... I used to live in Everett, WA. I went to a couple of the regionals a couple of years ago. Great bunch of guys. I had a great time as a spectator. Not quite in their league for flying yet. Rutherford has some great pickles though. I wish I still lived there. When my wife gets out of the Navy we are going back. Thanks for posting. Brad

Whose Imitation is the one with the syringe leaning against it?

That is mine! It's actually a piece of crap. It started at a AJ kit which none of the wood was usable. I only used the wing core and sheeted it with very light balsa and sanded down to about 1/20".
Painted the fuselage with a can of Rustolem and Ultracote on the wing. Looks OK in the picture.
I had various engine on it. My latest is an OS VF46 piped with Bolly narrow 12 X 4 cut down to 11.25.
I only had room for 2 models in my car, so I only brought one airplane to fly both Sportman PA and Advance PA.
On the otherhand, Bob Duncan's Imitation, the pink one with the modified rudder is absolutely georgeous. I think to receive an 18 in appearance.

I noticed the AMA #. Mine is my original which is 22004, don't remember the exact date. If yours is original we joined at approximately the same time.

Yes, I had mine since I was a kid. When I got back into control line stunt back in 97' I ask AMA if my old number was available. They said yes and gave me my old numbers.
