Steve,
Hope to check this one out in the near future. Thank you for you comments Went to see "Midway" but the projector died just as the battle scenes started,..so got a voucher for another day...then it left town. Q: Did you ever see "War Horse"? I enjoyed it if only for it perhaps giving some semblance of what it may have been like in WWI,..the "War to end all wars". May have to put that in the DVD today. For WWI aerial action..there is of course the classic "The Blue Max" (1966), or perhaps "Von Richthofen and Brown" (1971) or maybe the what I think is the latest attempt at WWI footage "The Red Baron" (2008). You might score these a free "full movie" view on YouTube. As with most movies..check your brain at the door and just try to enjoy. For late model viewing there is always the "Battle of Britain" which was in production while my family were in England in 1969. Still pop that one in the DVD player now and again.
