1/64 ply is more-or-less the only plywood I ever use. It's disproportionately heavy but it's only 1/64" thick. It's also the greatest thing ever for repairs.

I don't know where to get it in 4x4 sheets, but 2x4 is widely available, I think I got my last sheet at J&M Hobby House or Sheldon's. I think you can get it at the local Hobbytown, but its a lot more expensive.

Gil,  Ian is correct, Aircraft Spruce does carry half sheets.  Our price would be $50.00 delivered.

That's a good price.
Its so thin, it's probably rolled for shipping,  reducing costs.

I prefer the 2x 4 sheets...got a 4x4 sheet once at a good price but was shipped tightly rolled...and sat in Texas sun for 1 105F day  took a set
The curl was only one problem...While I have a large 16 x 24 shop, finding a way to open the 4x4, lay it flat with weights to cut what I needed, was a royal PITA

I believe I get most of mine now from Tom Morris....but 4"x 36" only ----ships flat ----and a size that suits me
