Hi Tony, I was spellbound watching the recreation of the Mark 1 Spitfire and then being able to see the very plane flying its maiden flight was truly thrilling. This movie was a part of the added short subjects rolled up after the initial presentation. It took the viewer through the entire reconstruction of a complete Spitfire using the construction techniques presented by and through the original plane using original drawings obtained from the museum where housed!

Truly an amazing adventure for anyone passionate about old airplanes.

Thanks very much for sharing!

Awesome seeing that many Spitfires in the air together.  Going in different directions close to the ground all strung out must have been a little hectic for the controllers and just a little bit hairy for the pilots.  Great show!

Thanks Tony,

Those pilots like to get low.  Especially in the videos that followed this one.
