OS46VF, Magnum 52, OS46AXII, Large case PA40 on header muffler.

While they will turn bigger props they will be quite happy with this one also.

I have been using 12x5 cut to 11.5 rev ups on LA 46 the props are actually about 4.6 on my prop gauge

ST .46, ST .51,

Maybe if you pitch it up. Even my ST46 was unable to work very well below 5.0, most of them are much weaker. It will spin it fast enough to get an acceptable lap time, but will not cut it in the maneuvers.

PA 75

     OY, that's not even a break-in prop for a PA75. A flying prop for a PA75 on a muffler would be more like a 14-5/6 or 15-5/6 2-blade. For a piped engine, read David's article - 13-4 3-blade.

OS .46 LA-S.

That, yes, it will probably work.

But this sort of prop, with small pitch adjustments, is probably most suited to piped 40s. The very first piped airplane flight I did was a 40VF spinning a 12-4 Rev-Up that measured about 3.9. I knew about a second and a half after takeoff that I was done with ST46s. The Bolly 11.75-4.25 (also pitched appropriately) is better. BTW, while I could probably make it work with what I know now, a 12-4 was way too much pitch for a 46VF.

Actually, on a header muffler it works pretty well.  Certainly not quite as much power as with a proper pipe setting and higher RPM, but still usable power.

Just put one on a bench and try it.  I think you'll be surprised with the reasonably broad power range!

For an LA-46 I'd rather have a carbon fiber copy of a 12-4 Zinger-Pro or Xoar.  But the wood version works perfectly fine.  Both are better than a Rev-Up.

While I haven't used many Rev-Up props, and none in years, I would think a 12 x 4.5 would be reasonable on a ST G.51. Last I flew one, I used the 12.25 x 3.75 APC, per Dan McEntee's advise. This was with stock "CL" cylinder timing, and it did ok. It might also work nicely on a .46LA with a bit of diameter reduction and/or repitching.

I'm wondering if Bob is thinking about making these, but also if Eliminator Props is already making it? ??? Steve

I ran an Eliminator RU 12-5W on my LA 46 for several seasons and it was a very happy combination. The Rev-Up 12-5 wood prop also worked very well but I could not find a replacement after I broke the only one I had so I ordered the carbon version from Eliminator and was pleased to find it worked even better. That was a box stock LA46 with stock muffler pulling a Cardinal profile. I launched at around 9650 and the run was breaking when I wanted it to and the engine was coming on appropriately. It worked very well for me.
