The turkey is thawing and daughter and boy friend are coming for a visit. Should be a great Thanksgiving; sure hope everyone else has a great one too!

My wishes indeed, Mike. Happy thanksgiving to everyone! Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. Tomorrow there will be another "cast of thousands" descending on the old homestead: family, friends, and their friends. Gusti always says, "Anyone who would be alone on Thanksgiving is always welcome at our place. No one should ever be left out at Thanksgiving." Despite performing a few days ago, spending time in the recording studio, and rehearsing with me, she's been preparing this day for quite a while, and I have hauled up a lot of good stuff for her to prepare - yeah, as a husband, I'm pretty clueless in the kitchen. It's always worth it though.

Hoping everyone has a great Day.  Today is a new experience for me.  This is the first Thanksgiving day since my son moved out.  He's now in the USAF.

Mike

Thanks, Mike and I hope y'all had a wonderful day!

Mine was plagued with still having a pump dosing me with a nasty chemical which makes me very weak and tired.  Still, I had a great day with part of my family and I am waiting on the rest to get here this afternoon. ;D

Big Bear, I hope you are following all the order from the techs on keeping you alive.   I have watched several people go thru chemo and radiation.    So far they are all clean and one it has been almost ten years now.   My youngest Daughters father-in-law got cancer and all they did was try and keep him comfortable.   No chemo or radiation.   They said he was too far along.   She said it was not pretty and I hope it didn't bother the grandkids.   They got to see him an couple of hours before he went.  So take care of yourself and hope this is just the first of many Thanksgivings you will celebrating with the family and the model airplane world.
