Hey Bill,

That's always the question isn't it? What to build next. I've got an idea rattling around in my head that will probably become my next project. I haven't drawn anything yet, but I have a pretty good idea of what it will be.

The Bear, with either the 51 or 61 on pipe.  Do make sure your 61 has the #12 venturi in it...(!)

PS, isn't the Mantz Hunt Saturn P-51 the closest to completion?

HI Steve,

It's a toss up between the Mantz Mustang and the Timewave.  Both are very close to painting.  I haven't carved a canopy buck for the Mustang yet.

With your health problems and what your are going thru, I would have something a little smaller in the .46 range would be the logical choice.   But, I hear the big planes can be trimmed not to pull too hard.   As you are going for the fun and not the winning, go with the twin engine as it would be mucho different to the cookie cutter planes now flying. HI Doc,

Right now, I am personally wanting the Skyrocket.  Didn't start out that way, I owuld gladly have done any of them.  Looks likes the P-47 will continue to get work (it has already been started) but the Bear might have to fall behind the F5F-1.  Who knows, I have two large and a Classic that need sanding and painting.  Was hoping this would "jump start" me but after today's treatment I am weaker than ever.............  even walking th elength of th ehouse ain't no fun.  I can do it but.........

Thanks, Doc, I need some fun before long

Hi Randy,

Actually I have a great project that Ron Burn has really helped me with.  It should be a KILLER stunt ship!  But it is going to take a lot of time to do it correctly.  Not difficult, but tedious in places.  I want to be able to devote the vast majority of my time to that one, once I start.
