Joe Adamusko's War Baby P51 Mustang stunter took to the air for the first time this morning at the Philly Fliers field at Benjamin Rush State Park.Phila.Pa. I believe the plane is a 61oz,take apart design, electric powered,4 cell 3300 MAH lipo batteries. I noticed it had a left hand prop. I think it was on 65 foot lines. Lap times were 5.1 sec. He put up about 5 flights flying the full stunt pattern twice. When we were there, he went to closer line spacing ,and trimming handle for neutral.
The plane looked fantastic on the ground and in the air. Kudos to Joe for this wonderful model. In the attached photo is Joe and Pete Whiting. Enjoy,PhillySkip

Joe builds a pretty nice bird doesn't he???
At Brodak I teased him about "not an elliptic line in sight, who are you and what have you done to Joe?"

Joe was telling me that he actually started building the War Baby's wing before many of those elliptical winged birds. At our recent meet he brought out this gorgeous bird called "Dream Piece" ,He flew it once ,but was not feeling well and left the contest. Joe's planes are true works of art.
