PAMPA web site says that "cookies" must be enabled to succesfully log in. What is "cookies"?

It is a setting in your web browser.
Do a google search on how to enable cookies.

Depends on what browser you're using. What you need to find is "Tools"; be it in the menu system, or a seperate icon (usually a gear looking thing) on a tool bar. Click on that and look for "internet options", or something like that. Under that you should find something like "privacy". Somewhere there you should find "cookies"; set to about medium and you should be safe.
