Great pictures and where were you flying?  Many years ago when I was staying in Columbus and going to an AT&T hands on school I had planes with me.  The only place I was told I could fly was a high school parking lot west of the motel I was put up in.  Attended a club meeting there one night and met several people.  At that time the club said they were a scale club with only one individual flying stunt.  Also was told that no model planes could be flown within the city limits at that time.  I guess things change.  Looks like you all had fun.  DOC Holliday

Doc, we were flying at Cooper stadium parking lot. (AAA baseball) They are going to tear it down I guess for this is the last year for flying there. The club is going to look for a nether flying site for next year, maybe someone from the Columbus club has more information than I know.
  The weather was great, wind Saturday was 5 to 7 mph maybe, and Sunday was 0 to 2mph all day long, 80+ and sun. Keith and the gang (women included) did a bang-up-job.

Guess I am going to have to do St Louis and Tulsa like Melvin does Denver  and Dallas.  Alternate years.  Will be in Tulsa to check out new field.  Had reservations made before I got the St Louis flyer.  Have fun,  DOC Holliday
