This channel will now be utilized for official PAMPA Judges Training material and discussions. PAMPA has started a training program for judges. Our goal is to standardize judging across the country and teach judges a common language to use to score consistently and fairly regardless of a pilots background and prior performances. If you would like more information on this training, please message me on this platform and I will be happy to explain further and offer a training session so you can see for yourself.
