Very cool, nice work! 2024 is the year of Dave building very nice semi-scale stunters!

Not his first though, I have his old TBM Avenger hanging in my rack. An excellent blend of Stunt "numbers" with a very scale appearance, really cool model!  y1
Narrowly averting disaster since 1964!

Nice of you to say Wayne.   I was rummaging through my boxes of plans looking for the P40 plans the other day and ran across the original drawings for the Avenger.   I liked that bird.   I wish I'd had the power plants then I have now to pull it better.  I still was impressed with it.  I had a little opportunity before it turned cold to fly the P40 some more and think I got to the bottom of a trim issue I was having with it.   It MAY see some contest work in the coming season.  It takes either the RO Jett .67 or .76.   I have a brand new Enya .61 CRSX Pro rear exhaust pipe motor I'm very eager to try so I'm thinking I'll build a P40 with a bit thinner wing ,  stretched tail and the new 'Shark style' controls and see how that works out.  I discovered this Enya and the whole RO Jett series .61, .67, .76 all fit the same footprint and are interchangeable.   Maybe someone was thinking ahead a little on this.   Don't know if Ken Enya will ever make any more of these engines but I think it might have been a real gem that slipped by and nobody noticed.
I want to compare it head to head with the Jett .61.
