Brodak 38 Special... how long?

When will the Brodak 38 Special be N30 legal? Tanager? Francherized Twister?

Dave Hull:
The 38 Special was published in May of 1993 in Model Aviation, but Tom said in the article that the first one he built was constructed--and lost--two years earlier. So if N30 means the design has to be 30 years old before it qualifies, it is so close now you better ask Tom which month....
