Thank you for posting the Windy video. I loved that PM.
And yes we have all dimensions for that plane in photo
We are working on a set of plans covering the Big Jim designs
Bob Hunt is creating new foam cutting templates for the foam wing and tail  components
Thanks again for posting video
As of today we have completed two planes.
1) BJ Sig Banshee
2) large PM
Next  the high aspect ratio LJ 49/46 and the 3 RD PM 40/46 pattern master
All model plans will have options for Electric and Gas

From 37:40 , L J Build ( foam wing ) .
1: 38 : oo Stab Alignment ! on the Strega I ran 3/32 over the full Stab / elevator chord .
To Avoid the Down Elevator at Neutral for even turn . Hanging it on a line , It Turns Even . Both Ways .

As the Stabs further aft & narrower , around 1/16 overall 'd be ' Appropriate . Or Bretts One Degree .
A  l  o  n  g   stick ea side , packed even and spacered same as stab root depth , run way forward ,
getting ' The Fine ' setting of slight Pos.  is vastly refined . Any Neg. would be Atrocious .
So dont leave it in the sun .

These  L  o  n  g   Flaps , you relly want rock hard dead evenly matched ( adjacent sheets from the mill )
Evenly TORSIONALLY matched . Twist Along Length holding each end . Lightest youve got .
But the SELECTION is on STRENGTH . TORSIONAL . MATCHED .

Purely on lightness you can find air loading has the tips still at neutral , on soft stuff . Al Rabe used FIVE Layers  of Glass Cloth , to stiffen & match Big Satio & Ro Jett plane flaps .
Missmatched torsionally , youll get Roll , Hinging & Yaw . So Itd never Trim Out at varying wind speeds / Pressures . SO TAKE YOURE TIME TO SELECT THE STIFFEST WOOD AVAILIACLE .

Even 11 Lb Stuff . Youll Need It !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! specialy if Dope & tissue rather than Epoxy / Polyester finish ( Where the skin strength is more ridgid  . Still . Dont Use Soft Light Wood on LONG FLAPS )

ditto . 6:45

See Jose for Drgs . or blow up previous photo . Comes out very straight .
