Franchenized twister build
« on: March 13, 2024, 09:37:33 PM »
My first build is a moded twister.  Started with franchinized and went way beyond. From reinforced bellcrank to widened and hogged stab. To gear under triplers. This plane really has everything that could be thought to do. Even took hinge pins out and made new so moves super free. Lengthened body and outboard flap. Weight box added to outboard tip instead of on top of wing.  Os fp40. Medium 3 1/2 uniflow with muffler pressure. Even has wing gussets for less vibration and a sleek flow in appearance from leading edge to body.  I also noticed I haven't seen a lot of these builds use the motor side triplers so I absolutely had to. Push rod is home made as well using a carbon fiber fishing rod all thread and the z bend from another pushrod. Nothing was spared on this build.
