New Primary Force short kit recieved
« on: October 03, 2017, 05:20:19 AM »
Hey Mr. Platt, I received my new Primary Force short kit yesterday!!...The kit and Plans/instruction book look to be of very good quality. I now need to decide if I go Electric or IC powered. I recently have started flying electric with a Brodak Electric Ringmaster and a Build right Fly right Sakitumi. If I decide to go IC. I have several engines to choose from:

GMA Fox 35 ABC
OS FP-25
OS LA-25
OS 35S
Brodak B-25
Brodak B-40
Re-built Johnson 29 Stunt

If I go Electric:
Castle Edge Lite ESC
Hubin FM-9 timer
4S, 2250 or 2700 mah battery
Cobra 2814-20 850kv

Thanks for the kit,
Dale

Hi There,
For IC engines the OS FP or LA .25 is very good with a 9 X 4 prop and has lots of power.  If you live in area that is windy, the Brodak .40 is also a good choice.  Another good choice is the OS .35S.

For electric the one I like is a E-Flite power 15 and flies it with power to spare with a 4S 2700 pack.  Great combo that's pretty light just make sure set up properly.  I'm sure there are others that will work as well but that's what I've tried so far.

Mikey
