Lloyd's wife called me yesterday to let me know Lloyd had passed away the day before. Lloyd and I went back to the 70's when I lived in MD and were as close as two friends can be 1500 miles apart. My understanding was complications with a blood clot that went to his lungs following surgery from a torn tendon in his leg. Not very good at this, sad time around here, he will be missed.
