John Brodak has passed away.

Paul Smith:
Mr. Brodak, founder of Brodak Hobbies and sponsor of the annual Brodak Fly In has passed away at age 81.

Needless to say, Mr. Brodak did far more than everyone else to expand Control Line and keep it alive.

He hosted 23 Brodak Fly Ins, with the final event being flown in 2019.

Paul Smith:
This Saturday, September 19th, was Mr. Brodak's memorial, delayed due to the restrictions at the time of his passing.

It was attended by friends from his many businesses, as well as baseball, and control line.
