Is this the same Jim Carpenter that designed the Super Swoop and later put out by Sterling?   If so it was one good flying combat wing at the time.

Jim and Joe Just designed the Yankee Nipper for combat.

I checked Barry Baxter's site and it says that the Super Swoop was Bill Carpenter's design.

However, Jim Carpenter could put one heck of a super swoop on you when flying combat.

He was a good guy, that Jim. We'll miss him.

Thanks Chris for the info.  It has been a few years since I had my Super Swoop.
