It looks like this thread goes back only to Oct 2013.  did the older posts fall off the edge of the world?

Probably when the forum was lost a couple of times because of glitches and updates. ???

OK.  I had forgotten about that.  I posted a long story, which is now gone.  I hesitate to do it over, because I might get details wrong.  Then, anyone who remembers my original story will think it is all made up.

So, for now, let's just settle on my first C/L flight.  This happened in 1945.
