In 1952 was born in Texas to a Combat flyer
« on: June 13, 2018, 08:47:14 PM »
Born in Waco, TX.  Father was enjoying a Combat flight with Riley and he had to leave as I smelt nitro and just had to get out.  1957 Father had me on various UC Aircraft. Then he started getting me into stunt, rat race and Combat.  Started flying junior events. Younger brother became old enough and the competition began.  Flew for many years until I went into the Military in 1969.  AMA#6518..... Went to Korea in 1980 saw some Korean AF guys flying and the bug hit me again.    Started RC in 1983 later in years even had the distinction of teaching Chad Northeast  from Canada how to fly and build he also flew Worlds F3A.  Now I'm retired after 47 years with the Government. Fulling around with electric UC and various RC.  Converted a Nobler to electric, next is the Gotcha 500 that I plan to make electric....  Jack Hamilton.  Now live in Spring Creek NC.
