I used to fly CL a lone time ago and got into RC big. Just recently I got a 1/2A to play with and hope to get my 16 year old grandson into it. If all goes good I might get something bigger if I can find a place to fly. I'm new to the forum thanks for having me here.

Welcome back!  Tell us where you live -- there may be a flying field near you.
AMA 64232

The problem with electric is that once you get the smoke generator and sound system installed, the plane is too heavy.

Im located in central Florida there is a club near by IRKS but I don't know if I want to join again. I like flying at the local school or parks that permit it.

I know some guys who fly in Winter Garden. I fly with them, but I’m in Maine at the moment.
There’s another group flying in Titusville.
PM me if you’d like to get in touch.

I have flown jets there years ago and I know Charlie and Steve on the board. I live on the Island so I'm not far from the dump. Maybe I'll get my AMA and join again. Have a good time at Brodak let me know when you get back.  Billy

They’re flying near the Gibson Youth Center off Sycamore Street in Titusville. Jim Carter is still active along with five or six other guys. He’s on this forum fairly regularly.
