does the ztron timer have a low voltage cutoff? and will it work with a 1s lipo?

The low voltage cutoff should be in your speed controller. The timer is nothing more than a "simulater" to take the place of the reciever in an RC plane,, or

 y1maybe the reciever takes the place of the timer since we know control line is way cooler and more important right? y1

Which manual ?  I can send you a copy of the z-tron instructions, in fact, you can google them and find a set, I believe. At least for one of the versions.

If it's the ESC manual, most of them can be downloaded from various places also.
