AXI 2826-10
« on: October 26, 2009, 10:29:24 AM »
This Sunday I was flying my P-40 with an AXI 2826-10 I notice that it was sounding kind of noisey and read that guys were having bearing wearing out, so I removed the motor and turn it over, kind of nochie, so I took it apart to check bearings , they seam fine but notice that I had 2 magnets came loose this motor has a lot of time about 200 flights, can the magnets be re glued ?  I think I will send it back to Hobby Lobby repair.

Yes, it can be glued back, but do not do it, send it back, they typically do it on exchange, you never know if some magnet or winding is damaged ... you can do it also directly in AXI ... http://www.modelmotors.cz/ or mailto:info@modelmotors.cz
