Has anyone posted pictures of the arrangement of the ESC, timer/governer/battery inside the fuselage of a full body model? If anyone has pictures of this I would love to see them and how they mounted the components..

Mike,
There are a lot of pictures here in this header. I just posted a thread on making space for stuff and there were some good pictures. You can also look at Norm's cookbook thread (in the ESC settings header). Here's a picture Mike Haverly sent me of his set up.

Yes, many have. You would do well to browse the "list your setup" thread as many pictures are attached there.
