I am moving along slowly, trying to complete my Super Clown. Went out to the garage the other day and decided to glue on the rear stabilizer. The mounting surface was in bad shape, so I had to work on it to get it flat and parallel to the wing. I went ahead and epoxied on the stabilizer, ensuring that it was at zero incidence, parallel to the wing trailing edge (both directions). During the night I had a funny feeling about what I had done, but didn't know why. Sure enough, when I looked at it the next morning, I realized that I had glued on the elevator, not the actual stabilizer. It sure looks different now, but I really don't think that it will affecct flying that much. Goes to show, read the directions several times and do not get in a hurry!
