OK, what is the threat size of the mounting for this 2826-12 Cobra motor.

Doesn't look all that threatening to me, but I'm used to Nelsons.

Try 4mm screws.  That's just a guess, but it's what E-Flites take, and yours looks bigger than 3mm.

From Innov8ive site, "Four M3x6mm Motor Mount Screws." So 3mm x 0.5 as noted.  Check your length with the mount as it is easy to get into the wire mass if too long.

Yea, that would be thread, not threat.

Thanks. Why couldn't I find that on the site, Fred? Sheesh!

Typical forum response.  1. Made fun of your spelling.  2. Pulled bogus advice out of butt instead of doing two minutes of research.  It only lacked 3. "Hope this helps."

But, Randy's topic was titled "Stupid Question".  That alone invites non-informative replies.

I haven't yet heard of a "stupid question".  Only stupid answers.

Yes, Floyd, there are stupid questions.  Those are the ones that could have been avoided had the askers simply put their brains into gear before setting their mouths into motion.  Those kinds of questions simply waste everyone's time.

Stupid question:  "Do these pants make my butt look big?

Stupid answer:   "Yes."

I looked at the site, but apparently someone else was able to find what I was not.

Sigh..

I, also, have done "search" on this site for some topic or other, but got  pages and pages of non-related responses.  The "search" function has limitations, and refining the topic by means of key-words doesn't help: the search engine gives pages of responses for each word in your key-words.

So, an inquiry stating very specific criteria isn't out of line.  Often, it is the only way to get right to the heart of the matter.
