Title: Retiring Assistant Moderator

Hi all:

I've just informed Sparky that I am going to have to retire as the Assistant Moderator of the Gettin' all AMP'ed up forum.

This decision comes because my workload at RVP has increased greatly and I need all my time to fill orders in a timely manner. In addition to my daily workload for RVP, I serve as the Editor of Stunt News for PAMPA. The PAMPA workload is about to almost double because it looks like I will have to take over as the website manager in addition to my editorial duties with the newsletter. I simply don't have any time left to devote to anything else. My family life and my personal hobby enjoyment are already suffering, so something has to go.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who posts and/or reads the posts here for their kindness and respect. I'd also like to thank Bob Storick for the opportunity to serve. And, lastly, and mostly, I'd like to thank my long-time friend and brother, Dean Pappas for his patience, help, caring and time over the years. He's just the very best... But, then again, you already knew that! Thanks, Dean.

I'll be looking in from time to time and will keep you all informed about any significant projects on which I'm working.

I'm extremely proud of everyone on this forum for taking the time to share ideas, questions and information in a friendly and respectful manner. These forums work best when they are used for those goals.

Ditto here Bobby.  I have often wondered how you do it and we never thank you enough for what you do.   Just don't forget the twin report.

I sure hope you will be able to take the occasional phone call Bob!  Like others, I have no idea where you find the time to do all the things you do.

Hi Bob;

My respect for you has always been very high. Your willingness to do whatever is needed to improve our hobby is what makes you "one of the good guys".
