hi Brian.
Probably better to ask on the RC Forums about this - although some guys here might fly RC as well

Brian
I have recently converted my Oly II to electric.
Use a 450 size electric motor a 12-6 folding prop, folding spinner, and a 25amp ESC. 3S1500 battery.  Look at Horizons powersystem for their electric sailplane as an example.
I bought all my stuff from Espirit.  You may try this power package from Esprit Models.

electric sailplane group is

Good luck

Goldberg actually did this for you, the produced a kit called the "electra" I beleive,, in any case its a two meter just like the gentle lady,, you might look for a comparison to the power system they used,,

or do what Norm said,,

H^^ D>K Thanks for the heads up. I thought that Goldberg tried to keep up with the times, with a modified electric Gentle Lady.  LL~ With today's lighter motors & lighter battery's & lighter radio equipment, the modifications should be even more efficient!  #^ H^^
