How do I get in contact with will hubin to purchase one of his timers, and if he's on here, feel free to self promote.

Chris is correct. In the past Will has been willing to work with you to make sure you get the correct timer for your application and his prices are very reasonable (about $10 to$20). You can also buy some of his timers from Brodak but the price will be a bit more.
If you are thinking of doing a number of electric models then his FM-9 system is the way to go. The initial cost is fairly high but then additional timers are about $10 - $15 each and easily programmed for your application.
