Another question!
I found a prop data sheet for a Scorpion 3020-890 motor
it lists prop size, amps, watts, prop RPM, etc, my question
is the figures listed for a prop, does that mean the motor
is most efficient at that amp draw and RPM,I remember
reading in a post that a motor running at 25 amps is
giving its best performance where another motor may
give its best at 35 amps? Does that cross reference to
the prop charts?

If I understand your question, the answer is no.
The Scorpion prop tables are the values for that prop, motor, and voltage if you would be running at wide open throttle (WOT)----on the bench.
As such they are useful, because they can give you an idea of the maximum amps (under load) you would pull at that voltage during a flight. Since we typically fly at less than WOT, we would even pull less amps.
When I was putting together my electric Nobler setup, I was wondering what kind of motor I would need to fly it. I knew that I launched my glow Nobler at less than 10k rpm with an 11-5 prop, and I had the 3s batteries I was using in my electric Super Clown, so I was able to pick out a motor (3020-12 I recall) that would reach that rpm with my 3s pack. Also I wanted to know if my Phoenix 35 ESC was large enough (it was/is).
