Congratulations to my buddy...Buddy!
Buddy Wieder prevailed in Expert at Brodak's today flying his Ryan's Eagle design. The model is powered by an E-Flite Power 25 and a 4S 4000 mAh Hyperion battery. Buddy uses a Will Hubin timer and a Phoenix 45 ESC. An APC 12 x 6 EP prop was used. This is one great flying ship; I know, I've flown it! <=
Kudos to retiring 4-time consecutive Brodak Expert Champ, Mike Palko. That's first and second for electric power!
Tesla would be proud! #^

Congrats Buddy.
Hey Bob
I will be learning the ways of electric. If i get it going i will let Jim Lynch take my E-Banshee for a spin.
Maybe we can teach a old dog a new trick. ;)

Way to go Buddy!

Mike is retiring??? Not possible. Now we need a Masters class for him. And congrats to Buddy for the win.

Way to go there Buddy. Have to say I'm not surprised. The airplane package and Buddy's talent flying are both impressive. :)

Couldn't happen to a better guy... my long time friend Buddy. Now for a top 5 at the Nats.
Jason,
I know you can't be in two places at once but we missed you at Dallas.

Buddy put in some excellent flights at the expert circle. Definitely a well deserved win and couldn't happen to a nicer guy!

Another old combat flier.

Hey Tom,
Thanks, we had planned to be there, but we just had to many irons in the fire last weekend. Hopefully we can make it down for the next meet. The upside is that I was able to make significant progress on my new nats model!
Take care,
Jason
