Would those of you who have them please just go to the main forum thread on "no electrics" and post the number of classic and the number of ots electric planes you have. No need to list them or anything else. Just the number so people can see what is out here.
thanks

Already have, but it makes no difference. As far as I am concerned its a dead issue. They don't want me, so be it.

Hi Bob,
I will be glad to respond to your request.
I currently have 2 OTS and 3 Classic planes with electric power.
I enjoy flying them very much, and have successfully competed with 3 of them over the past 9 years.
In addition, 1 PAMPA class and 3 profiles, also electric powered and all successfully competed with.
Hope this information helps,

Andy,
Read my post on the other thread... I am not against it. I want to encourage people to fly all events.

Does my Cox electric powered plane count. Two hours to charge for a 5 minute flight. Another minute on the ground running the battery down. Last count was ove 30 IC planes ready to fly as soon as I dust some of them off. I will have a true electric powered plane sooner or later.

I have 6 Electric , 1 Cardinal, 3 Noblers, 1 Clown, and 1 Ringmaster. All are flying and 2 were built for Electric. :) :)

Hi All,
Here's what I posted in the main forum under no elecs allowed.---James
Hi all,
I have 2 elec. OTS, and 2 elec. Classic ships to fly in comp. It seems to me, if anyone wants to ban elecs. from current OTS & Classic comp. because of some performance advantage, then it seems that they should want to ban any "modern" IC engines also, and I don't see anyone wanting to do that. Have I missed that issue in a rules change proposal somewhere?

I have one of each. An All American Sr. that flys really great and a Continental that flys so bad I just hung it up and look at it.

I know you asked us to list the old tyme and classic ships we have but those are on hold until I finish the Gieske Nobler and F-105 Thunderchief I'm currently electrifying. I have my build season dedicated to Nostalgia 30.
