Jose:
VERY GOOD WORK! Your new timer looks like a very capable device. The plug-in style LED and switch are nice touches too.
While visiting your blog I also saw the Version 3 with the data logger. How do the governing capabilities of Version 3 compare with Version 4?

Jose:
Can you give us prices on the system at this time ?
Will you sell direct to flyers in USA or set up a distributor ?

Hi Dennis.
The V3 timer is was our first original idea, but still in development ...
Over time, we decided to make a simpler version, before the end of V3.
V4 is born, that is simpler than the future V3. The advantages are the ease of use with very good motor control.
When V3 is finished ... controlling the angular velocity will be very accurate.... and it is very likely that we can select response rate from very soft up to very hard (4-2-4 alike)
I attach a graphics of a flight with the V4.
Blue line --- RPM
Black line --- Throttle
Red line --- Angular rate (gr/sec)

It's great to see another timer/governor designer come to the conclusion that the best and most cost effective place for the governor is in the timer, and not the ESC. It is also great to see another timer/governor that is designed with control line aerobatics in mind and not R/C helicopters. I wish you well.
