Guys,
I saw this in the Classifieds in the RCG and ordered 2 of these. They appear to be the same as Fusion Packs X-Charger. Use the Halloweenparty and get 10% off the $9.49 price and they also have free shipping! It looks like these might be shipped from California or at least DinoDirect has a California address and phone number.

They are showing up as "In Stock" again - I ordered one just now.

You can also get this one - exact same charger but comes with an aluminum carrying case (whoopee!):

I've been using an identical red one from DealExtreme all summer because I needed something in a hurry when my CellPro 4S shot craps last May - No complaints whatsoever.
As with most of the chargers, you need a separate power supply - I'm going to check the DinoDirect site and see what they've got but I have been using a laptop power supply with selectable voltage (11-18v) that is rated at 5 amps from DealExtreme for about $20. This also works without issue or complaints.
Thanks for the pointer, Crist.

They are out of stock again.
-
Yeah - both were out the last time I looked. Don't know if mine will actually ship or not. I'm not in any hurry if they back-order them, either.
-
I just looked again - Back In Stock but the price is now $73.99 - Now I'm REALLY interested to see if mine actually ship.
-
Yeah, we'll see.
-
OK, the link now lists the charger for $39.95 and "In stock!!--SOLD OUT." LOL
Go figure!!

What is the setting that I should use for a 3900mAh 14.8 v 4c ? it seams that you have to plug the battery with the deans end and the balencer plug but my Bal. plug does not fit in any plug spot ! My cell pro I just plug the bal. end and charge auto.
-
These chargers use the "Align" type balancing plug. Your plug probably is different. What make battery are you talking about? Thunder Power? If so then you'll have to use an adapter to plug in your balance plug.
-
Yep I'm using Thunder Power Pro lite V 2 so now were do I get an adapter? at what rate should I charge at?
-
Try here:
http://www.rcdude.com/servlet/the-848/XH-to-TP-4S/Detail
While there look and see what other adapters they have that might work for you.
Typically you charge Lipo's at 1C charge rate. For you that would be 3.9 amps.

Does your pack specify a charge rate? A few years ago that would have been a 1C charge, but most packs these days allow a faster charge through as long as there is simultaneous monitoring/balancing of the individual cells.
I would be surprised that if your packs are new, that you couldn't at least charge at 2C--but of course check it out first.
added:
I just checked DraganFly (aka rctoys), and they claim you can charge the Thunderpower Pro lites at 3C. So if you have 3900mAHr packs, that would be about 11.7 amps. However if this is a 4s pack, then you are outputting 175 watts, and I am not sure your charger can output that many watts.
I also note that the prices have dropped too. The 4s2100 pack is ~$70, not that different than the FMA 4s2100 packs I bought 2 years ago. I don't think they are as quite as light as the older FMA 2100 or Thunderpower lite 2000 packs though.

Alan,
He is using a 50 watt charger. He'll only be able to charge at 3.3 amps max.
