LINES .
« on: December 21, 2018, 08:51:56 PM »
With this electrickery do your lines still get covered in airborne gunk crud & goo ,
so they wipe BLACK & need four runs down the wires with a paper towel to start to get them clean . ?

One assumes theres still airborne contaminants & they get a bit cruddy , if not at the same rate .
Is it all Castor Vapour ? , and Do Syn Oil Flyers suffer to the same degree or significantly less , like this electric lot .  VD~ ??? :o .

Matt,
In my experience, they still get gunked up.  I hadn't thought about it, but they may not gunk up quite as badly.  I think 2 wipes down the lines cleans them up pretty well.

In my experience the lines stay much cleaner with electric.  I still wipe them down between each flight but the black lines on the cleaning cloth are not nearly as prominent as with IC.
