Title: Itty Bitty Fans

Something the electric guys may want to consider to keep the battery compartments cool. The weigh a couple of grams and come in tiny sizes, and use almost no current.

Only one example from a manufacturer.

In the US you may want to look to the surplus electronics houses for deals.  Like this place:

That "laptop blower" is 5V, 70mA.

With a 12" to 15" fan blade up front it seems likely one should be able to cool everything.  I see a possible problem in a scale ship - but a stunter?  Of course I know nothing! I have built only one electric and it was a profile.  Every thing runs cool on it.

I did kinda think what John is saying -- with proper ducting, airspeed alone (never mind the prop) should do the job.  I suppose if you've got a really compelling aesthetic reason to move the cooling ducts out of their ordinary spots it may make sense -- but I'm reaching.

Just something to add to the potential products list. ESC's would certainly benefit from as much cooling as they can get.
